New Delhi: The
Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Ayodhya march, which was foiled by the Akhilesh
Yadav-led Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, rocked
both the houses of parliament, leading to uproar and adjournments.
In the Lok Sabha, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)
and Samajwadi Party (SP) moved notices for suspending question hour to
discuss the issue. Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar requested them to take
up the matter in zero hour but SP members resorted to sloganeering.
Following this, the speaker allowed the Samajwadi Party to speak on the
matter.
